As an avid traveler and a working mom from Texas, my family recently visited a hotel in California that claimed to offer great amenities for families. Disappointingly, our experience fell short of expectations. the hotel's website boasted about the Hotel Triplets Entertainment, but upon arrival, we found limited options for our kids to enjoy. Despite the lackluster entertainment options, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the issue with the misleading information on their website left a sour taste in our mouths. As much as we wanted to enjoy our time at the hotel, the false advertising and lack of communication regarding refunds left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to families looking for a fun and exciting getaway.
